Options

A package of 4-6 one-hour sessions across 3-6 months focusing on longer term development.  We would meet online or face-to-face in central or west London at your place of work. This includes any follow up and support outside of our arranged meetings (within agreed boundaries).

A one-off deep dive into something troubling you or a problem which a critical friend can help you with.  This would be up to 90 minutes online or in person, with an option to take this outdoors in one of the London parks (i.e. Hyde, Regents, Richmond, etc.).
